Do you have clothing or household items that you don't use, but are "perfectly good"? Congratulations for not throwing them in a landfill, but also take comfort in the fact that God has not burdened you with the obligation of finding the "perfect" new owner. That's what Goodwill, Salvation Army, & Purple Heart do--& they are very good at it! Keep a charity box handy. Let your friends know that they are welcomed to any contents, but at the end of the month, stop by your favorite charity. (Your list of donations will come in handy at tax time, too!)

Get a good night's sleep. This helps regulate brain chemicals and the body's natural rhythms so that you can be at your productive best. Adults with sleep disruption may find melatonin or L-tryptophan helpful. Melatonin must not be taken during daylight hours. Both melatonin and tryptophan need time to metabolize, so ingestion should be about 2 hours before bed. Melatonin is the hormone that causes one to become sleepy when it gets dark. One to three milligrams is usually adequate--check with your doctor. Tryptophan is a building block of protein that promotes serotonin production in the brain. Turkey and milk are good sources of this amino acid. That warm glass of milk is apparently not just a wive's tale.
